Data Protection Training Course Organized for Representatives of the Agency for Intervention and Payments for Agriculture
The National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP) organized, on September 17th, a training course in the field of personal data protection for representatives of the Agency for Intervention and Payments for Agriculture (AIPA). The event aimed to develop the professional skills of AIPA employees regarding new legislative changes related to personal data protection. The training session focused on key topics such as principles of personal data processing; data subject rights; data protection impact assessment (DPIA); prior consultation; data protection officer (DPO); cross-border data transfer, and other relevant subjects. Participants had the opportunity to strengthen their knowledge on the correct and effective application of legal provisions in personal data protection and to clarify practical aspects encountered in institutional activities. CNPDCP encourages public institutions to pay increased attention to respecting the right to personal data protection and to ensure continuous training of employees in this field. Such training activities contribute to building an institutional culture based on responsibility, legality, and respect for the rights of data subjects.
