Public Consultation on the Draft Strategy of Cooperation between State Administration Bodies and NGOs 2027-2031 with Action Plan 2027-2028
In accordance with Article 10 of the Regulation on the Election of NGO Representatives to the Working Bodies of State Administration Bodies and the Conduct of Public Consultations in the Preparation of Laws and Strategies (Official Gazette of CG, no. Public consultation will last 20 days from the date of publication of the public call on the website of the Ministry of Regional Investment and Development and Cooperation with NGOs, www.gov.me/mirn, and the e-Government portal www.euprava.me/. Interested entities can submit their comments, proposals, and suggestions on the Draft Strategy of Cooperation between State Administration Bodies and NGOs 2027-2031 in the following ways: After the public consultation ends, the Ministry of Regional Investment and Development and Cooperation with NGOs will consider all received comments, proposals, and suggestions and then prepare and publish a Report on the conducted public consultation on the Ministry's website and the e-Government portal within 15 days of the consultation's conclusion. Submissions of comments, proposals, and suggestions are made using form 4, prescribed by the Regulation on the Election of NGO Representatives to the Working Bodies of State Administration Bodies and the Conduct of Public Consultations in the Preparation of Laws and Strategies (Official Gazette of CG, no. 41/18 and 86/26), which can be downloaded below.
