Public Notice for Submission of Bids for Concession Award
The Ministry of Energy and Mining, in accordance with Article 21 of the Concessions Law (Official Gazette of Montenegro, Nos. 8/09, 73/19, 125/23, 82/24, and 82/25), announces on June 30, 2026, in the Official Gazette of Montenegro, daily newspaper Dan, and on the Ministry's website a public call for submission of bids for the concession contract for detailed geological research and exploitation of non-metallic mineral raw material of technical-construction stone deposit "Gradina" in Berane municipality. The Ministry invites interested parties to apply for the announced public call for bids for the concession contract for detailed geological research and exploitation of non-metallic mineral raw material of technical-construction stone deposit "Gradina" in Berane. The subject of the concession includes detailed geological research and exploitation of non-metallic mineral raw material of the "Gradina" deposit.
