Transport of hazardous goods related to accidents or societal disruptions
In connection with efforts during events such as societal disruptions or accidents, hazardous goods may need to be transported. Under certain conditions, exceptions can be made from the applicable regulations, ADR-S. A societal disruption is an event that deviates from normal and involves a serious disturbance or an imminent risk of a serious disturbance in essential societal functions, requiring prompt action. These events, often large in scope and with rapid development, can have serious consequences and demand quick decisions.
