Report on Public Consultation Regarding the Draft Law on Yachts
Based on Article 13 of the Regulation on the Selection of Non-Governmental Organization Representatives in the Work Bodies of State Administration and Conducting Public Debate in the Preparation of Laws and Strategies (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 41/18), the Ministry of Maritime Affairs publishes a REPORT ON THE REVIEW OF CONSULTATION PARTICIPANTS AND THE OVERVIEW OF RECEIVED INITIATIVES, PROPOSALS, SUGGESTIONS, AND COMMENTS DURING THE PUBLIC CONSULTATION PROCESS FOR THE DRAFT LAW ON YACHTS. Pursuant to Article 12 of the Regulation on the Selection of NGO Representatives and Public Consultation Procedures, the Ministry of Maritime Affairs issued a public call on August 28th for interested parties to participate in the drafting of the Draft Law on Yachts and submit their initiatives, proposals, suggestions, and comments. The consultation process lasted 20 days from the date of the public call's publication on the Ministry's website and the e-Government portal. During this period, the Ministry received proposals from the company 'BELLATRIX Yachting' LLC. Below is an overview of the initiatives, proposals, suggestions, and comments received from the interested public during the preparation of the Draft Law on Yachts.
