Herceg Novi: 67-Year-Old Man Arrested for Unauthorized Sexual Acts Against a Serbian Citizen
Officials from the Herceg Novi Security Department, upon the order of the State Prosecutor's Office in Herceg Novi Basic Public Prosecutor's Office, detained a local man suspected of committing unauthorized sexual acts against a foreign citizen. The 24-year-old woman from Serbia reported that the suspect, while in his apartment, committed the criminal act early this morning around 4:30 AM. She had rented a room in his apartment and, while he was undressed and holding a weapon, he ordered her to enter the room and sit on the bed. He then sat beside her, engaged in unwanted physical contact, and kissed her on the hands without her consent. Police officers also conducted a search of the suspect's apartment as part of further measures.
