Statement on the Decisions of the Government of Montenegro Made at the Teleconference Held on September 21, 2026
On September 21, 2026, in accordance with Article 10 of the Government Regulation, without holding a session, and based on the obtained consent of the majority of government members, decisions were made regarding: 1. Proposal for a decision on amendments to the Decision on the formation of the Coordination Body for protection against foreign informational influence (Foreign Information Manipulation and Interference) – FIMI; 2. Proposal for a decision on reducing the excise amount for the sale of unleaded gasoline and gas oils; 3. Proposal for amendments to the Draft Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Copyright and Related Rights; 4. Proposal for a platform for Montenegro's participation in the General Debate of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly, New York, September 22-28; 5. Proposal for a platform regarding the visit of the Minister of Public Administration, Mr. Marash Dukaj, to the European University in Tirana, on the occasion of the 20th anniversary.
