Cetinje police identify and detain person close to OKG for suspected drug sale

Officers of the Cetinje Department of Security detained L.B. (21) from Cetinje, a person close to an organized criminal group (OCG), on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of unauthorized production, possession, and distribution of narcotics. The person was detained upon the order of the state prosecutor at the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica. The mentioned drug was previously found and seized from a person who bought the drug from L.B., after which police activities led to identifying the dealer, resulting in the detention of L.B. The event was reported to the state prosecutor in the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, who indicated that L.B.'s actions contain significant elements of the criminal offense of unauthorized production, possession, and distribution of narcotics. L.B. was held in police custody until presentation before the investigating judge of the Higher Court in Podgorica.
