Primary School 'Vlado Milić' Gets an Outdoor Classroom
At the Primary School 'Vlado Milić', an outdoor classroom has been opened, implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation, the Capital City, and the company 'Coinis' with the aim of creating a more stimulating environment for learning and students' outdoor activities, as well as raising awareness about environmental preservation. The project is based on a Memorandum of Cooperation signed by the Ministry and the Capital City of Podgorica and is one of the activities planned for the upcoming period. Minister Jakšić-Stojanović emphasized that outdoor classrooms demonstrate how educational environments can be made more meaningful, creative, and encouraging, while also promoting ecological initiatives and raising awareness about environmental protection from an early age. She stated, 'Such facilities enable students and teachers to conduct part of their lessons and extracurricular activities in a different environment that is very motivating and stimulating for both students and teachers.' Jurovicki added that it is important for children from a young age to develop awareness of environmental preservation and responsible resource management, and that projects like this send a strong message about these values. School director Biljana Kovačević thanked the Ministry and 'Coinis' for their support, highlighting that the outdoor classroom will be a valuable resource for teaching and various extracurricular activities.
