Economic Olympiad held in Podgorica
This year, it gathered 1,633 high school students from 12 municipalities of Montenegro, with 37 top competitors advancing to the final round. Mr. Tatjana Ćalasan, State Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation, congratulated all finalists on their success so far. "Already qualifying for the final stage of this competition is a confirmation of your knowledge, effort, perseverance, and readiness to think analytically and critically about the world around us. We live in a time of rapid change, when understanding economic processes is more important than ever. Financial literacy, entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to make informed decisions, and understanding global economic flows are key competencies for success in modern society."
