Professional Development of Civil Servants through ITEC
The Human Resources Administration, in cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of India, offers opportunities for professional development of civil servants through the ITEC (Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation) program. ITEC is an international program of the Ministry of External Affairs of the Republic of India, aimed at strengthening professional and institutional capacities through training and development programs in various fields, including public administration, economics, finance, information technology, education, agriculture, and other areas relevant to the public sector. The Human Resources Administration acts as a contact point for Montenegrin officials within the ITEC program. Interested candidates are required to inform ULJR about their application and submit the institution's approval to the Department for International Cooperation and Project Management to provide institutional support and facilitate further communication and procedures related to the ITEC program. All courses will be funded by the Government of India.
