Data Protection of Personal Data, in the Attention of the Representatives of the National House of Social Insurance

On August 21, 2026, the National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP) held a new training course in the field of personal data protection, aimed at representatives of the National House of Social Insurance (CNAS). The training aimed to strengthen the knowledge and develop the skills of CNAS employees regarding the correct application of legislation provisions on personal data protection, as well as to familiarize them with the new requirements established by Law. Additionally, the requirements related to ensuring confidentiality and data security, preventing unauthorized access, and the institution's responsibilities in the data processing process were examined. Particular attention was paid to practical situations and relevant examples for CNAS activities, considering the specific nature of the institution and the significant volume of personal data it processes in exercising its duties. At the same time, continuous training of employees is essential to ensure the rights of data subjects are respected and to prevent situations that could lead to violations of data protection legislation. The event was held online, with the participation of 62 representatives of the National House of Social Insurance.
