Podgorica police solve vehicle theft on the same day it was committed; repeat offender arrested – vehicle returned to owner
Officers of the Regional Security Center "Center" – Department of Security Podgorica quickly solved a property crime and detained M.I. (22) from Podgorica, a repeat offender, suspected of committing a vehicle theft against a resident of Podgorica. It is suspected that he stole a passenger car of the brand "Škoda Kodiaq" parked in a parking lot in Konik in the morning hours. Acting within their jurisdiction, police officers located and detained M.I. on the same day, recovered the stolen vehicle, and returned it to the owner. He was also brought before the competent state prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica with a criminal report for further proceedings.
