In April, an expert seminar aimed at the general public was held at the Office for Personal Data Protection, focusing on AI scams and digital footprints. Nora Kurzová is also an expert in personal data protection, change management, information system audits, and cybersecurity. Twenty-five participants attended the seminar in person, and 610 watched online. The seminar titled 'AI Scams and Your Digital Footprint: How to Protect Your Data' covered topics such as how modern AI scams work—typical scenarios like deepfake calls, false messages from family or authorities, fraudulent investments, relationships, and AI-generated phishing. A presentation with technical terms and practical tips on online behavior to minimize digital footprints will be shared in the following week.
