Regulation on Good Manufacturing Practices for Materials and Articles in Contact with Food
The regulation on good manufacturing practices for materials and articles in contact with food was published in the Official Gazette of CG, number 102/2026, on the 16th. The regulation prescribes specific requirements for good manufacturing practices for materials and articles in contact with food at all stages of production, processing, and distribution, except for the production of raw materials. The regulation has been incorporated into national legislation through Regulation (EC) No 2023/2006 of the European Commission on good manufacturing practices for materials and articles in contact with food, with amendments and supplements.
