Public Call for Consultation of Interested Public - Draft Law on Yachts
The consultation process is an opportunity to promote new ideas and propose models and activities in the field of yacht registration and rental, aiming to contribute to a more efficient and responsible public administration, as well as to a sustainable and inclusive community. It will also foster better cooperation between the government, civil society organizations, and the business sector. To prepare the Draft Law on Yachts, all interested authorities, organizations, associations, and citizens are invited to submit their initiatives, proposals, suggestions, and comments electronically via email to snezana.djurkovic@mpo.gov.me or in writing by mail to Rimski trg 46, 81000 Podgorica, with the note: Participation in public consultations in the preparation of the Draft Law on Yachts. The consultation period will last 20 days from the date of this call. The person responsible for coordinating the public consultation must promptly record all initiatives, proposals, suggestions, and comments and prepare a report after the consultation, including an overview of participants and received inputs. After the consultation, a report will be published on the Ministry of Maritime Affairs website and shared with participants.
