Criminal complaint filed against person from Bar for illegal construction and unauthorized connection to infrastructure
Officials of the Bar Security Department, upon the order of the State Prosecutor's Office in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Bar, filed a criminal complaint against M.Č. (44) from Bar, suspected of committing criminal acts: building a structure without a permit and documentation, and unauthorized connection to infrastructure. During the process leading to the filing of the criminal complaint, it was established that M.Č., as suspected, started constructing a building of about 160 m² in 2023 without prior building permit, at the location Tomba bb in Bar. It is also suspected that the said building was illegally connected to the water supply network, as confirmed by officials of DOO “Vodovod i kanalizacija” Bar during a field inspection. These illegal activities caused material damage to the Montenegrin budget amounting to approximately 17,000 euros.
