EU Cyber Response Unit Concludes Mission to Support Armenia's Cybersecurity

In June, the EU Member States' international Cyber Rapid Response Team (CRRT) completed a mission to support Armenia during parliamentary elections. CRRT experts from 8 participating Member States (Belgium, Netherlands, Croatia, Poland, Romania, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania) were deployed to Yerevan. After familiarizing themselves with the IT infrastructure, the teams worked alongside Armenian colleagues on government networks and monitored cybersecurity situations during the election process. This also reflects our joint efforts within PESCO to create a safer and more resilient Europe, ensuring no country faces cyber threats alone. The mission provided Member States with an opportunity to demonstrate their cyber expertise, deepen cooperation with partners, and strengthen collective readiness to respond to cyber incidents under any circumstances. It is open to close collaboration in implementing preventive measures and assisting in responding to potential cyber incidents.
