Statement on the decisions of the Government of Montenegro made at the telephone session held on September 28, 2026
On September 28, 2026, the Government of Montenegro, in accordance with Article 10 of the Government Regulation, without holding a session, based on the consent of the majority of government members, adopted a Decision to reduce the excise amount for the sale of unleaded gasoline and gas oils and approved an Information on concluding a Contract for the transfer of real estate for use free of charge between the Government of Montenegro and Elektroprivreda Crne Gore AD Nikšić, as well as a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development, and the Development of the North and the Municipality of Nikšić, along with the Draft Contract and the Draft Memorandum.
