Competition for acquiring the status of user of incentive measures - research and innovation 2026
Based on Article 10 of the Law on Incentive Measures for the Development of Research and Innovation (Official Gazette of CG, no. year), the Program for acquiring the status of a user of incentive measures, the method of allocation, usage, deadlines, as well as the maximum intensities of incentive measures no. year, and the Decision on announcing the Competition for acquiring the status of a user of incentive measures for the development of research and innovation in 2026. The subject of the Competition is to determine entities that meet the conditions for acquiring the status of a user of incentive measures to promote the development of innovations and scientific research, in accordance with the Law on Innovation Activities, the Law on Scientific Research Activities, and the Law on Incentive Measures for the Development of Research and Innovation. The aim of the Competition is to encourage private sector investment in the development of innovations of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, as well as licensed scientific research institutions, for the purpose of development and innovative activities, to strengthen their innovation and scientific research capacity.
