Competition for Admission of Students to Student Dormitories for the School Year 2026/2027

The Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation, based on Article 130, Paragraph 1, Item 1, and Article 131, Paragraph 3 of the General Law on Education and Upbringing ('Official Gazette of Montenegro', No. 5), and the Regulation on Criteria, Procedures, Conditions, and Fees for Accommodation and Meals in Dormitories ('Official Gazette of Montenegro', No. 38/26), announces a competition for the admission of students to student dormitories in Montenegro. Eligible participants are regular students enrolled in a different municipality from their residence, who are enrolled in the current school year. The dormitory allocates up to 5% of its capacity for students with special educational needs, students from RE populations, students without one or both parents, and students beneficiaries of material support, in accordance with laws regulating social and child protection. To ensure transparency, the dormitory's website will publish a list of applicants for accommodation and meals, with deadlines for objections and supplementary documentation. The number of available places for student accommodation in Montenegro is 4.3. Students who have secured the right to accommodation and meals upon moving in must submit the necessary documentation.
