In the action "Knowledge is not for throwing away" 56 tons of paper and cardboard collected
The "Knowledge is not for throwing away" campaign has successfully concluded, collecting and delivering 56 tons of paper and cardboard. The collection of old textbooks has been ongoing for three years, organized by the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation, Deponija d.o.o, and the Parents' Association. During the campaign, Deponija representatives visited all registered schools in Montenegro, and thanks to good cooperation, activities were successfully carried out. The largest amount of old textbooks, 4.5 tons, was collected by the Stefan Mitrov Ljubiša Elementary School in Budva. As in previous years, the reward is eco-material furniture to enrich the school yard. This project contributes to the preservation of natural resources, encourages social responsibility, develops ecological awareness, and protects the environment.
