Agreement Signed on Cooperation in Education, Science, and Innovation between Montenegro and Armenia

Dr. Anđela Jakšić-Stojanović, Minister of Education, Science, and Innovation, and Dr. Zhanna Andreasyan, Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of the Republic of Armenia, signed an Agreement in Yerevan between the Government of Montenegro and the Government of the Republic of Armenia in the field of education, science, and innovation, establishing a formal legal framework to enhance bilateral cooperation in these areas. The signing of the Agreement confirmed the mutual commitment of both countries to strengthen partnership in education, research activities, and innovation through the development of institutional cooperation, knowledge exchange, and joint research and development initiatives. The Agreement will enable more intensive cooperation between schools, universities, research institutes, and other educational and research institutions, with a particular focus on academic and research mobility, joint projects, exchange of teachers, students, and pupils, organization of scientific and professional events, and joint participation in international programs and projects funded by the European Union and various international organizations. By signing this Agreement, both countries demonstrated their readiness to further improve bilateral relations through continuous dialogue and joint activities, opening new opportunities for cooperation between the signatory countries.
