Open Call for Mentorship Program within Horizon Europe
The Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation, in cooperation with UNDP Montenegro, through the project "Innovations for Development and Economic Progress in Montenegro (IDEA-ME)," invites organizations from Montenegro to apply for a mentorship program focused on developing competitive project proposals within the EU program Horizon Europe. Up to ten (10) selected organizations will receive expert and continuous support in developing project ideas, identifying suitable calls, finding international partners, developing consortia, as well as in writing and improving project proposals. The program targets priority areas of Montenegro's Smart Specialization Strategy 2026–2031: energy and sustainable environment; sustainable agriculture and food value chain; innovative, regenerative, and sustainable tourism; ICT and digital innovations; and construction tailored to nature and people. The call is open to research institutions, higher education institutions, business entities, SMEs, startups, government bodies, local self-governments, and non-governmental organizations. The results of the selection process will be announced no later than the 23rd. More information on participation conditions, application procedures, and required documentation is available below.
