Candidate Assessment Date for Public Notice No. 02-100/26-2698/3 for the Needs of the Secretariat of the Judicial Council

We hereby inform you that the assessment of the knowledge, abilities, competencies and skills of candidates who meet the requirements of Public Notice No. 02-100/26-2698/3, published by the Human Resources Administration on 31 July 2026 for the position of Independent Adviser III for Application Solutions of Information Systems, duty station Podgorica, Department of Information and Communication Technologies and Multimedia, will be held on 16 October 2026. The practical task will be assessed according to the following criteria: the structure of the written work, systematic presentation of information, clarity and precision of written expression, use of appropriate terminology, and problem-solving ability. Candidates who achieve more than 50% of the points on the practical task, or candidates who receive a “satisfactory” rating in the assessment of typing, computer skills or a foreign language (if the notice requires specific knowledge and skills), may take the oral interview. During the oral interview for positions in the executive and expert staff categories, the following general competencies will be assessed: oral communication, learning and development orientation, and cooperation. For positions in the expert-management staff category, in addition to the general competencies, managerial competencies will also be assessed, namely the ability to organise work and manage human resources and the ability to exercise strategic management. Only candidates from the List of Candidates who meet the requirements of the notice may participate in the assessment procedure. Note: Before the written test begins, candidates must present an identity card or another identity document with a photograph to the Commission for the purpose of establishing their identity.
