State Removes Illegal Structures on Kakaricka Gora: Ministry Continues Its Non-Selective Fight Against Illegal Construction and Protection of State Property

The removal of illegally constructed structures began, marking the state’s implementation of the relevant demolition orders. Two structures were removed after it was determined that they had been built following the 2025 orthophoto survey. After demolition orders were issued and it was established that the owners had failed to comply with the instructions of the competent authorities, the orders were enforced administratively. The procedure was carried out in accordance with the Inspection Oversight Act, the Administrative Procedure Act, and the Construction of Structures Act. The Ministry is concerned that, after one of the structures was removed, its owner made death threats against the inspector handling the case. The Police Directorate was informed of the incident, and its officers are taking measures within their jurisdiction to establish the reported individual’s responsibility. Attacks and threats against officials acting within their legal powers are unacceptable and cannot obstruct the enforcement of the law.
