Blagoje Konatar

Blagoje Konatar, traffic traffic specialist, performs the function of acting assistant director of the Traffic Department. He completed his basic academic studies at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Montenegro, in the Traffic program, and completed his specialist academic studies in 2018. He was engaged at the 'Security' Institute in Podgorica, first as a professional associate, then as deputy laboratory manager, and later as laboratory manager. He also worked as a mechanical engineer at the company 'Safety' DOO, as well as in roles as a professional associate at NGOs 'Gorštak' from Pljevlja and the Youth Center from Berane. He holds a license as a certified engineer for mechanical activities issued by the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and Property of Montenegro, has passed the professional exam for occupational safety, and the professional exam for work in public authorities. As an assistant director, he participates in organizing and coordinating tasks within the jurisdiction of the Traffic Department, aiming to ensure the continuity of work and the smooth functioning of the institution.
