Human Resources Management Network for the Development of Human Resources Units in Public Administration
In 2023, at the 'Podgorica' hotel, a meeting of the Human Resources Management Network was organized, discussing topics related to the legal opinions of the State Appeals Commission on the civil service system and out-of-court resolution of collective and individual labor disputes. Speakers included Dejana Zeković, Chairwoman of the State Appeals Commission, and Enesa Rastoder, Director of the Agency for Peaceful Resolution of Labor Disputes. In her opening speech, the Director of the Human Resources Department, Agron M. Camaj, emphasized that the Department's vision is to be a key institution setting standards in the field of human resources development, while also connecting people, sharing good practices, opening space for new knowledge, and contributing to the further development of human resources management units in public administration. Therefore, the issue of human resources is not only administrative but also about recognizing the value of people, developing their knowledge and competencies, creating opportunities for professional growth, and building institutions where civil servants can fully contribute. The meeting moderators were Mr. Đuro Nikač, Assistant Director, and Ana Zečević, Head of the Human Resources Network Development and Promotion Department. The meeting was attended by 53 participants of the Human Resources Management Network.
