Strengthening European Cooperation in Career Guidance and Counselling
Dragana Ćetković, Director General of the Directorate for Higher Education and Student Standard, and Ivana Mrvaljević, Head of the Directorate for the National Qualifications Framework, who are involved in implementing the CGEQD project, attended the three-day “Review, Reflect, Renew – Euroguidance Ireland Network Meeting” conference held in Dublin, Ireland. The conference brought together representatives of the Euroguidance network to review achievements to date, exchange experiences, and consider opportunities to enhance European cooperation in career guidance and counselling. During the three-day programme, participants exchanged knowledge and experiences from their countries, presented examples of good practice, and discussed ways to improve the network’s work. The meeting provided an opportunity to review the Euroguidance network’s activities and results to date, consider the current needs of professionals and institutions, and establish priorities for the coming period. Through cooperation among national centres, the network promotes the development of innovative approaches that help individuals make decisions about education, professional training, and career development. The participation of representatives of the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation in the event provided an opportunity to exchange experiences with European partners and learn about practices and approaches that could contribute to further improving career guidance and counselling in Montenegro, while supporting lifelong learning and international mobility.
