An NGO that has the capacity and experience can submit an application for this competition. The distribution of funds from this competition is based on the following criteria: Project scoring, according to the specified criteria, will be carried out according to the standards and in the manner established by the Regulation on the financing of projects and programs of NGOs in areas of public interest (“Official Gazette”). The application for the project/program is submitted exclusively on the form prescribed by the Rules on the content of the public competition for the distribution of funds for financing projects and programs of NGOs and the appearance and content of the application for the public competition (“Official Gazette” (form attached).
