95 Drivers Arrested in Three Days, 35 in Podgorica
In June, there were 68 traffic accidents on Montenegrin roads, resulting in one fatality, nine serious injuries, and 29 minor injuries. Traffic police officers, as part of intensified preventive and repressive activities, filed 210 misdemeanor reports, issued 1,820 citations, temporarily seized nine pairs of license plates, and removed as many vehicles from circulation. The highest number of drivers were detained in Podgorica – 35, followed by seven in Budva, and four each in Bijelo Polje and Kotor.
