Minister Dukaj congratulates July 13, Statehood Day of Montenegro
On the occasion of Montenegro's Statehood Day on July 13, I extend my warmest congratulations to all citizens. This important date reminds us of the enduring value of freedom and our responsibility to build a modern, democratic, and European Montenegro. Statehood obliges us all to contribute to strengthening institutions, the rule of law, and a society of equal opportunities for everyone. In times of challenges and rapid change, it is especially important to nurture dialogue, mutual respect, and shared responsibility for the common good. Only strong institutions, efficient public administration, and citizens' trust can serve as the foundation for sustainable development and a safer future. July additionally encourages us to persistently work towards Montenegro's European future, as a state of all its citizens, where diversity is respected, and knowledge, responsibility, and hard work are valued.
