Tender for the selection of expert supervision for works on the reconstruction of three kindergartens
The procurement procedure will be conducted in accordance with the EIB Procurement Guide for projects financed by the EIB (GtP), available at: https://www.eib.org/en/publications/20240132-guide-to-procurement-for-projects-financed-by-the-eib.htm. All domestic and foreign legal entities are invited to submit offers. Interested legal entities can request clarifications or additional information regarding the mandatory tender documentation at the following email address: luka.mijanovic@mpni.gov.me. All interested bidders must submit their offers in a sealed envelope to the address: Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation, Vaka Djurovića b.b., Office 6, Podgorica, Montenegro, no later than September 7, 2026, by 10:00 AM, marked “Do not open before the official opening of offers.”
