Nikšić: Criminal charges against father and minor son for attack on thirteen-year-old

The on-duty service of the Nikšić Police Department was informed last night, around 21:50, by citizens that a verbal and physical conflict occurred in the yard of the elementary school "Luka Simonović" between minors. Police officers were immediately dispatched to the scene and found a thirteen-year-old minor from Nikšić, who was transported to the Emergency Service of the Nikšić Medical Center, where the on-duty doctor confirmed minor physical injuries. After receiving medical assistance, the minor, in the presence of a family member, went to the official premises of the Nikšić Police Department to provide information about the circumstances of the event. There are elements of the criminal offense of abuse, and in the actions of his fifteen-year-old son, elements of the criminal offense of minor physical injury committed against the thirteen-year-old minor, and a criminal report has been ordered against them. It is suspected that this event was preceded by a verbal argument, followed by a physical conflict between the injured thirteen-year-old minor and two minors aged 15 and 13.
