Public Call for Consultation of Interested Public on DRAFT SECTOR ANALYSIS FOR THE FIELD OF SPORTS

Based on Article 12 of the Regulation on the Selection of Non-Governmental Organization Representatives in the Working Bodies of State Administration Authorities and the Implementation of Public Debate in the Preparation of Laws and Strategies ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", no. 41/18), the Ministry of Sports and Youth announces: – determining priority areas of public interest and necessary funds for financing projects and programs of non-governmental organizations from the Budget of Montenegro for 2027. The sector analysis is prepared based on strategic and planning documents, after consultations with interested non-governmental organizations operating in the relevant area of public interest, and serves as a basis for determining priority areas and necessary funds for financing projects and programs of non-governmental organizations from the state budget, in accordance with the Law on Non-Governmental Organizations ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", no.). The sector analysis is prepared to enable timely planning of the amount of funds allocated to the positions of ministries responsible for areas that the Government determines as priorities for financing projects and programs of non-governmental organizations. Initiatives, proposals, suggestions, and comments can be submitted by bodies, organizations, associations, and individuals interested in the issues addressed by the Draft Sector Analysis within a period of no less than 15 days from the date of publication of the public call. Comments, initiatives, proposals, and suggestions can be delivered in a sealed envelope directly to the Ministry of Sports and Youth archive during working days from 7 am to 3 pm or by mail to: Ministry of Sports and Youth, ul. Contact person for coordination of consultations with interested non-governmental organizations is Boris Ivanović, email: boris.ivanovic@ms.gov.me. The person responsible for coordinating the consultation with the interested public is obliged to promptly record all initiatives, proposals, suggestions, and comments, and after the consultation, the Ministry of Sports and Youth will prepare a report containing an overview of the participants in the consultation and an overview of the received initiatives, proposals, suggestions, and comments.
