Podgorica: Detained for Extremely Impudent Behavior Against a Female Person
Officials of the Podgorica Department of Security detained V.P (47) from Podgorica today for committing a misdemeanor under Article 7, Paragraph 2 of the Law on Public Order and Peace – extremely impudent behavior. Around 14:00 hours, in a public place in front of a market in Block IX in Podgorica, he behaved extremely impudently towards a female person. Police officers acted upon the report, identified the individual, and took his statement regarding the circumstances. Additional facts were collected indicating that the reported person committed the mentioned misdemeanor. Today, in a simplified procedure, he will be brought before the misdemeanor court in Podgorica with a misdemeanor charge for the offense committed against the female person.
