RedeeM: Discover the First Bulletin
The first issue of the RedeeM bulletin presents the Interreg Euro-MED project, aimed at strengthening water resilience and ecosystem health in Mediterranean rural areas through integrated, climate-aware water management. * Project presentation – Learn more about the goals, duration, and the 12-partner international consortium working together to improve water resilience across the Mediterranean. * Online introductory meeting – The project was officially launched with an online meeting organized by the Energy and Water Agency (EWA), where partners aligned on project objectives, governance structure, and implementation plan. * Malta introductory meeting – Partners met in person to strengthen collaboration, discuss the work plan, and establish a shared vision for successful project execution. * RedeeM at the 2026 National Water Conference – The project showcased its innovative WEFE Nexus approach to policymakers, experts, and stakeholders, highlighting sustainable solutions for water scarcity and desertification. The next issue will feature key moments from the RedeeM consortium's field visit to Portugal, showcasing on-the-ground activities and ongoing efforts to enhance water resilience across rural Mediterranean regions.
