The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism, and State Property, based on Article 3 of the Regulation on the election of representatives of non-governmental organizations to the working bodies of the state administration and the conduct of public debate in the preparation of laws and strategies (Official Gazette of CG, number 41/18 and 86/26), published on July 20, 2026, a public call for non-governmental organizations to propose representatives to the Working Group for drafting the Draft Law on Construction Products. The deadline for submitting proposals was 10 days from the date of publication of the Public Call on the Ministry's website, i.e., until July 30, 2026. Within the prescribed period, no proposals were submitted for the appointment of non-governmental organization representatives as members of the Working Group for drafting the Draft Law.
