Public Call for Veterinary Medicine Students to Submit Applications for One-Time Financial Support

Based on Article 15 and Article 33 of the Law on State Administration („Official Gazette of Montenegro“, Nos. 78/18, 70/21, and 52/22), the Program of Mandatory Measures for Animal Health Protection in 2026 (Official Gazette No. 56/26), and in connection with the allocation of financial aid to veterinary medicine students for 2026, the Food Safety, Veterinary, and Phytosanitary Affairs Directorate announces a PUBLIC CALL for veterinary medicine students to submit applications for one-time financial support. The Directorate annually, in accordance with the funds allocated from the Montenegro Budget, provides financial support to veterinary medicine students. Considering the deficit of this workforce and the fact that there is no veterinary faculty in Montenegro, this support aims to assist students whose education costs are undoubtedly higher due to the inability to study in Montenegro. All regular students of veterinary medicine who enrolled for the first time in the current academic year 2025/2026 are eligible for this financial support.
