Date of candidate verification for public competition 02-100/26-1621/3 of the Employment Agency of Montenegro
In 2026, the Employment Agency of Montenegro announced the need for an assistant director - Sector for active employment policy measures. The verification of competencies, knowledge, and abilities of candidates who meet the conditions of the public competition for the position from the category of senior management officials is conducted in accordance with the conditions of the public competition and in line with the Regulation on criteria and detailed procedures for verifying knowledge, abilities, competencies, and skills for work in state bodies ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", no. ...). Each correct answer to a question is awarded one point, with a maximum of 15 points per competency on the general test. Candidates who score at least eight points in each competency on the general test submit a written work to the Commission, which includes: "Assessment of priorities and proposals for improving work processes or the state of the area for which the candidate is appointed." The written work is evaluated based on specific competencies according to the following criteria: ability to analyze the situation, setting priorities, innovativeness and initiative, clarity and structure of work. During the structured interview, general competencies are assessed: oral communication, orientation towards learning and development, cooperation, and managerial competencies: ability to organize work and manage human resources, and strategic management skills. Only candidates from the list of candidates who meet the conditions of the public competition can participate in the verification process. It is important that candidates, before the start of the verification, present their ID card or other personal document with a photograph to the Commission.
