Decision on the Selection of the Most Favorable Offer According to the Public Call
Sarajevo – the third member of the Consortium and Duemo LTD Nicosia – the fourth member of the Consortium, as the most favorable offer according to the Public Call for submitting offers for the granting of a concession contract for detailed geological research and exploitation of metallic mineral raw materials zinc and lead at deposits "Šuplja stijena", "Đurđeve vode", "Paljevine" and "Ribnik", municipality of Pljevlja ("Sl. 08/09, 73/19, 125/23, 82/24 and 82/25), published a Public Call for submitting offers for the granting of a concession contract for detailed geological research and exploitation of metallic mineral raw materials zinc and lead at deposits "Šuplja stijena", "Đurđeve vode", "Paljevine" and "Ribnik", municipality of Pljevlja ("Sl. Pljevlja"), since for the chairman of the Board of Directors, Andrzej Szary, who, according to the registration act of the bidder, does not have the status of a legal representative, neither a certificate from the Ministry of Justice nor an appropriate statement regarding the absence of data on criminal record has been submitted, as required by point 12 of the Concession Act and point 5 of the Instructions, and in connection with Article 23, paragraph 1, item 7 of the Law on Concessions, as well as because that offer was not bound in the manner prescribed by point 8 of the Instructions.
