Statement on personnel issues from the 136th session of the Government of Montenegro

The general director of the Directorate for Northern Development at the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development, and Northern Development, Mladen Nedović, issued a decision appointing him as acting director of the Directorate for Northern Development. A decision was also made to dismiss Radomirka Raičević, Deputy Protector of Property and Legal Interests of Montenegro, from her office in Podgorica. Additionally, there was a decision on the termination of the acting director of the Directorate for Northern Development, information on the settlement of Montenegro's obligations to the Chinese Exim Bank under a state guarantee for a credit arrangement between Bar Shipping AD Bar and the Chinese Exim Bank, a proposal on the amount, calculation method, and payment of fees for the use of the Piva Nature Park, personnel issues including proposals for the termination and appointment of acting directors, a proposal to establish an effective mechanism for verifying foreign investments in Montenegro, information on the signing of a protocol between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Montenegro and the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina regarding cooperation during the tourist season, a report on the work of the Office of Montenegro's Representative before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg for the period January-June 2026, information on Montenegro's participation in the Udon Thani International Horticultural Expo 2026 in Thailand with a draft memorandum, a proposal for a platform for the participation of the Ministry of Tourism delegation led by Minister Simonida Kordić at the Regional Meeting of Tourism Ministers scheduled for May 30-31, and other personnel and procedural matters.
