Police in Ulcinj confiscate rifle in illegal possession – criminal charges against one person
Officials of the Ulcinj Security Department intensified activities to raise security levels in the municipality and conducted searches at multiple locations aimed at preventing and detecting criminal acts, finding and confiscating weapons and ammunition in illegal possession, as well as controlling operationally interesting persons and those connected to them. A hunting rifle of the brand "Zastava", caliber 12 mm, along with 12 pieces of matching hunting ammunition, was found and confiscated from (47) in Ulcinj, who did not possess the appropriate documentation for it. The state prosecutor in the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Ulcinj was informed about the event, and upon his order, after the activities, N.D. will be charged with the suspicion of committing a criminal offense of illegal possession and carrying of weapons and explosive materials.
