Government continues to apply excise reduction on eurodiesel during the tourist season
Based on the Decision on the amount of excise tax on unleaded gasoline and gas oils, adopted tonight at the electronic session of the Government of Montenegro, the following prices for petroleum derivatives will be applied from 2028: The rise in crude oil and petroleum product prices on the international market has continued due to geopolitical tensions in the Middle East and disruptions in global transportation and supply chains. To mitigate the impact of rising prices on citizens and the economy, the Government will continue to apply excise reductions on eurodiesel during the tourist season, with the level of reduction adjusted in accordance with the current decision.
