Minister Dukaj on Working Visit to the Republic of Kosovo
Minister of Public Administration Mr. Marash Dukaj will be on a working visit to Pristina, on the occasion of signing an Agreement between the Government of Montenegro and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo on mutual recognition of qualified electronic trust services and electronic identification schemes provided in Montenegro and Kosovo. The signing of this agreement represents an important step in improving bilateral cooperation in the field of digital transformation and electronic business, aiming to establish a legal framework for mutual recognition of qualified electronic trust services and electronic identification schemes between the two countries. By concluding the Agreement, conditions will be created for safer and more efficient use of electronic services across borders, improving legal security and interoperability of electronic identification systems, and further promoting the development of the digital economy and electronic communication between citizens, businesses, and institutions. The agreement also contributes to strengthening regional cooperation and aligning with European standards in the field of electronic identification and trust services. Minister Dukaj's working visit to Pristina is of particular importance for further enhancing bilateral cooperation between Montenegro and Kosovo in the areas of digital transformation and e-government development.
