Open call for Horizon Europe and COST program users
The Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation informs Montenegrin users of the Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe, and COST programs about the opportunity to utilize services within the EU-funded WiderAdvance Facility project. The WiderAdvance Facility provides support to users of EU framework programs from Widening countries by strengthening their capacity for dissemination and exploitation of project results, as well as offering individual expert support focused on further use and valorization of results generated through EU projects. The support is intended for organizations from Montenegro participating or having participated as partners or coordinators in Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe, or COST projects, which have significant project results (Key Exploitable Results - KER) with potential for further application, development, or exploitation. These organizations are users of EU projects and are established in Widening countries. KER represents a significant project outcome, i.e., scientific or technological advancement with substantial potential for practical application and further exploitation. It may include, among other things, institutional capacity building, policy development, service improvement, or other forms of applying project results.
