First CERV Training for Project Proposal Preparation Held in Podgorica

The Ministry of Human and Minority Rights, as the National Contact Point for the European Union program "Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values" (CERV), organized the 16th training. Through practical work, topics related to developing a project idea, defining problems and goals, intervention logic, activities and expected results, indicators, partnerships and partner roles, budget, risk management, and horizontal principles of the program were covered. The trainings held in Podgorica mark the beginning of a series of trainings that the Ministry will organize in different parts of Montenegro, aiming to make information about the CERV program and its opportunities accessible to as many potential users as possible. In upcoming trainings, participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the CERV program, funding options, current calls, participation conditions, finding and establishing partnerships, and the most important steps to consider when preparing and submitting project proposals. The first day will focus on "How to prepare a CERV project application," while the second day will feature a training on "Developing a project proposal within the CERV-DAPHNE call," with a special focus on practical work. By organizing trainings, informational activities, and events to connect potential partners, the Ministry continues to work on increasing the visibility of the CERV program, strengthening the capacities of potential users, and creating conditions for a larger number of organizations and institutions in Montenegro to recognize and utilize the opportunities provided by this European Union program.
