Decision on the selection of the most favorable bid for the Public Invitation to submit offers
In 2023, based on the proposal of the Tender Committee for conducting the public bidding process for the Public Invitation to submit offers for the concession contract for detailed geological research and exploitation of non-metallic mineral raw materials of the technical-construction stone deposit 'Možura-Orlovo', municipality of Bar ('Official Gazette of Montenegro', advertisement part, number 46/26, from 2023), the decision was made: the Podgorica bidder was awarded second place with 74.09 points in the public invitation for the concession contract for detailed geological research and exploitation of non-metallic mineral raw materials of the technical-construction stone deposit 'Možura-Orlovo', municipality of Bar ('Official Gazette of Montenegro', advertisement part, number 46/26, from 2023). The Addendum to the Record of Opening envelopes with documentation for determining the suitability of bidders and documentation control was also conducted according to the public invitation for submitting offers for the concession contract for detailed geological research and exploitation of non-metallic mineral raw materials of the 'Možura-Orlovo' deposit, municipality of Bar.
