The Ministry of Public Administration and the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund of Montenegro signed the Project Task for the introduction of the CAF (Common Assessment Framework) - a European quality management model, one of the most important tools of the European Union for improving work quality and organizational excellence in the public sector. The Minister of Public Administration, Mr. Marash Dukaj, thanked the management and employees of the PIO Fund for their dedication and readiness to actively participate in this important reform process. 'I am confident that the implementation of the CAF model will bring measurable and sustainable results, improve the efficiency and quality of the Fund's work, and further strengthen its role as one of the key institutions of public administration. Investing in management quality is an investment in better services for citizens and in strengthening trust in institutions,' said Minister Dukaj.
