Data Protection Training Course for Representatives of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection
On October 7th, the National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP) organized a training session on personal data protection aimed at employees of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection. The training aimed to strengthen the knowledge and skills of MMPS representatives regarding the correct application of data protection norms and ensuring the security of processed information within institutional activities. The session covered relevant aspects such as principles and conditions of data processing, data subjects' rights, data operator obligations, and measures to prevent and manage data security incidents. Participants also had the opportunity to ask questions and clarify situations from their professional activities to ensure effective application of data protection legislation. Through such activities, CNPDCP continues to promote the development of public authorities' professional skills and supports the uniform application of data protection legislation, contributing to a responsible, compliant, and best practice-based institutional framework. A total of 61 representatives from the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection were trained during the event.
